I am so sorry to read this. I have enjoyed reading your Uncle's blog, and getting an occasional email from him, over the years. My heart is heavy with this news.

Just to say it was a huge privilege to have been allowed to lead Adrian's ceremony, I am sure he would have been chuffed to bits with the number of friends and family who made the long journey to his hometown in Grantown on Spey for the ceremony. He would also have been thrilled at the personal tributes and comments included in the ceremony.
Sadly I didn't get to meet Adrian in person which was certainly my loss but having had an opportunity to read some of his blog this morning, I feel I have been given insight to such a well loved man. I so wish I could have had an opportunity to discuss humanism with him as reading between the lines he most definitly what we all try to be, quite simply a good and loyal human being, who took the time to enjoy and share the liitle pleasure in life.
Rest in Peace

What hearty-breaking, shocking news. I had figured that he had abandoned blogging like I did but hopefully for better reasons.

My sincere condolences to you and his remaining family.

A, I will never forget you or your tea-towels. God love ya!

Adrian was such a lovely person. I adored our discussions of our mutual passion for music. I am sad we never met in the paint. Lin and I will toast him when next we are together. Adrian should have been there with us. :(
Blessings on him and may all who grieve his passing be comforted.

I can't believe it's been ten years since Adrian passed away. I still think of him, and wish we could have met in person. He was lovely, truly.
