My Favourite Mexicans

First came across these guys at Glastonbury 3 years ago and they totally blew me away. When they are asked about their style of playing they always claim that it derives from their days of playing thrash metal! Enjoy

Beautiful. I first discovered guitar after hearing Christopher Parkening plays Bach. I already played piano fairly well, so my Dad got me a guitar. Let's just say the musical ability stopped at the end of the keyboard. I had no affinity for it whatsover, and finally passed on the instrument to my brother. So I greatly admire anyone who can wring such music out of it. Thanks for sharing.

Scully, I cannot believe that you can find the time to comment on moving day!
I have hacked around on guitars for 30 odd years, never got very good at it but did manage to hold down a gig as a rhythm guitarist in an amateur Irish folk band for a year.
You have a safe journey.

I thought I commented here, but maybe I didn't. They were in Dallas earlier in the summer and I really wanted to go, but I just didn't have the energy. Little did I know I was getting ill, but I felt like I was missing something really special.
