Came across this site today and was blown away by the eloquence and lucidity of her rants.
Try reading this one as an example of how health systems on both sides of the pond are just so screwed.

I'm convinced that nurses bear the brunt of everything wrong with our health care systems - they get the crap from the patients, from the doctors, and they have to deal with a lot of legal bullshit. They should be VERY well-paid.
